They will also be giving away free 2009 Doubler instant tickets, Cash Explosion instant tickets, Buy-one-get-one promotional tickets, as well as unveiling the four (4) grand prize-winning $1,000,000 ticket numbers for the New Year’s Raffle game.
The NEW YEAR’S RAFFLE is a special, limited run $20 raffle ticket sold at Ohio Lottery retailers throughout Ohio.
